Specifies whether DIAdem runs third or octave analyses.

When DIAdem runs a third or an octave analysis, DIAdem checks the measurement signal for one or more thirds or octaves. DIAdem runs the third and octave analysis in stages while filtering and reducing the data. Reducing the data, leads DIAdem to three thirds or to one octave. When the lowest specified average frequency is reached, DIAdem ends the data reduction.
