You must explicitly add configuration files to the deployment by adding the files to a workspace or by ensuring that the directory you use to create the deployment includes a copy of the configuration files.

If you deploy to a test station computer a configuration file that is different from the configuration file you use on a development computer or if you deploy a configuration file from a directory other than the <TestStand Application Data>\Cfg directory, use the Installation Destination and Installation Destination Subdirectory options in the Installer Properties section on the Distributed Files tab of the TestStand Deployment Utility to change the installation destination of the configuration file.
