When you use the Batch process model, the model generates a batch report in addition to a report for each UUT. The batch report summarizes the results for all the UUTs in the batch. ATML 6.01, ATML 5.0, XML, and HTML reports link to each UUT report.

The ATML 2.02 standard does not support batch reports. The Batch process model generates only UUT reports when you select ATML 2.02 as a report format.
