Use one of the following LabVIEW Utility step types to simplify running a VI on a remote computer and to deploy or undeploy shared variables.

• Check Remote System Status
• Run VI Asynchronously
• Deploy Library

To edit a LabVIEW utility step type in the TestStand Sequence Editor , use the edit tabs on the Step Settings pane. The tabs available update based on the type of step you select.

To edit a LabVIEW utility step type when you use a TestStand User Interface , select Edit from the context menu for the step or click Configure <Step Name> on the General tab of the Step Properties dialog box.
