Visualizing Data Tables in a Data Space
Derive insights about data from data tables by visualizing the data in different types of plots.

Complete the following steps based on your goal.
Option Description Select data tables to visualize in a data space - Navigate to .
- Select the data tables you want to visualize.
- Click .
Select data tables associated with a test result to visualize in a data space - Navigate to .
- Click the test result you want to visualize.
- Under Data tables, select the data tables you want to graph.
- Click .
Create data space to query data tables - Navigate to .
- Click Create data space.
- Under Data source, select Data tables.
- Specify the tables and rows you want to get data for. You must specify at least one table-level filter.
- Click Run query .

On the Data tab, select the type of plot you want to
create.
- Scatter
- Line
Note You can configure additional settings on the Settings tab. The settings change based on the plot type you choose. - Click Add X-Axis.
- Specify up to one column per table to use as the x-axis and click OK.
- Click Add Y-Axis.

Specify one or more columns to plot on the y-axis and click
OK.
SystemLink Enterprise plots the data from the axes you selected. You can also view the data as a table on the Table tab.
- Optional:
To lower the sampling rate of the data on the plot, complete the following
steps.
- Enable Decimate data.
- Select the mode from the following options.
- Lossy
- Max/Min
- Entry/Exit
To learn about the different decimation modes, refer to Normalize Data for Efficient Storage and Access. - Optional: To align the starting point of all traces to zero, enable Align x-axis to zero from the Settings tab.
- Click Save.

Specify a name, assign a workspace, and click
Save.
SystemLink adds this data space to.
