- Pass an empty string. The signal name that is passed when creating the signal configuration is used.

Remarks
This method is obsoleted. Use GetCarrierRrcFilterAlpha method to get the value. This method maps to the RFmxSpecAn_CHPGetRRCFilterAlpha() function in C.
