Gets the frequency used for phase compensation of the signal when you set the SetPhaseCompensation(String, RFmxNRMXPhaseCompensation) method to UserDefined. This value is expressed in Hz.

Remarks
This method gets the value of PhaseCompensationFrequency attribute.The default value is 0.
