Reverse Current Loads

The PXIe-4051 is not designed for reverse voltage or current operations. The electronic load will become damaged if reverse currents are applied to their input terminals.

Reverse currents can cause the device to move into an unregulated mode and can damage the instrument. For more information about channel capabilities, refer to the PXIe-4051 Specifications.
