| 404 when downloading | NI Update Service could not locate one of the selected updates. Try again later or contact National Instruments support if the problem persists. |
| Download error | NI Update Service encountered an error downloading one of the selected updates. Try again later or contact National Instruments support if the problem persists. |
| MetaSuiteBuilder not found | One of NI Update Service's dependencies could not be located. Repair your NI Update Service installation or contact National Instruments support if the problem persists. |
| MetaSuiteBuilder exited with error | NI Update Service encountered an error preparing the selected updates for installation. Try again later or contact National Instruments support if the problem persists. |
| MetaSuite not found | One of NI Update Service's dependencies could not be located. Repair your NI Update Service installation or contact National Instruments support if the problem persists. |
| MetaSuite exited with error | NI Update Service encountered an error installing the selected updates. Try again later or contact National Instruments support if the problem persists. |
| Application error | An error has occurred and NI Update Service must exit. Reboot your computer, start NI Update Service (Start»All Programs»National Instruments»NI Update Service), and check for updates. If this error continues, contact National Instruments support. |
| You cannot run an NI installer and NI Update Service simultaneously. | An installer is running. Close the installer or wait for it to finish before running NI Update Service. |
| You may be receiving this message for several reasons. Visit ni.com/info and enter the Info Code UpdateErrors for more information. | An issue communicating with National Instruments has occurred. Either this computer does not have an active Internet connection or ni.com is temporarily down. Verify your Internet connection and then click Try Again. If the problem persists, contact National Instruments. |
