Right Angle VHDCI Connectors P/N 778914-01 and P/N 780390-01 Replacement Notice
Overview
Due to the obsolescence of the VHDCI connector from our main vendor, NI plans to discontinue sales of the following two VHDCI Connector Kits on December 31, 2019.
- 778914-01 - Connector, .8MM Champ, 68 Pos, VHDCI, Through Hole
- 780390-01 - VHDCI Connector, Dual Stack, 68-Pin, R-Angle, Through Hole Mount
NI has found and qualified new replacements with equivalent functionality. NI recommends migrating to the new kits. Please note that the replacement connectors may not be physically compatible with some designs due to slight dimensional differences. NI strongly recommends validating the replacement part to evaluate its compatibility with your current designs. See below for more information on dimensional differences between the connectors. The new shipping kits are listed below:

- 785634-01 - VHDCI Connector, Dual Stack, 68-Pin, R-Angle, Through Hole Mount
