Use the AVI VIs to read and write multiple images to an AVI file.

| IMAQ AVI2 Create |
Creates a new AVI file or rewrites an old AVI file. |
| IMAQ AVI2 Write Frame |
Writes an image to the AVI file specified by AVI Refnum. |
| IMAQ AVI2 Close |
Closes the AVI file associated with the AVI Refnum. This VI will close the session, even if an error is passed in. |

Opens an existing AVI file. |

Reads an image from the AVI file specified by AVI Refnum. |

Obtains information about the AVI file associated with AVI Refnum. |

Finds the compatible AVI compression codecs currently installed on the computer. Each codec has a different compression quality, compression size, and compression time. This VI only enumerates Video Compression Manager (VCM) compatible codecs. |
