Instrument Driver Development Wizard - Test

The Test panel of the Instrument Driver Development Wizard contains the following options:

• Operations to Test—Select the operations you want to test. You can disable testing on operations that your instrument supports.
• Resource Descriptor—Select or enter a custom resource descriptor for the instrument.
• Reset Delay—Enter the number of seconds to delay after performing an instrument reset. If a reset delay is not needed, enter 0.
• Self-Test Delay—Enter the number of seconds to delay after performing an instrument self-test. If a self-test delay is not needed, enter 0.
• Run Tests—Click to begin testing.
