Automating the Installation of NI Products
Using NI Software with Microsoft Windows 10
WLR Test Software is a software tool that allows you to measure the reliability of semiconductor wafers. WLR Test Software 22.5 provides the following components for stress tests and parametric sweeps, which are compliant with JEDEC standards such as Time Dependent Dielectric Breakdown (TDDB), Hot Carrier Injection (HCI), and Bias Temperature Instability (BTI):
WLR Test Software 22.5 supports Windows 10 (64-bit).

Note NI recommends installing Microsoft Visual Studio 2017 or later (64-bit) to program with WLR APIs in C#.

After installing your software, you will need to activate it. Activating your software verifies the licenses associated with your NI account, so you can start using your software.
To activate WLR Test Software, use the serial number that is included with your software. Please visit ni.com/activate for more information on activation methods.

WLR Test Software 22.5 supports the PXIe-4135 Source Measure Unit.

LabVIEW, C#, and Python examples for WLR Test Software are accessible from Start»Programs»National Instruments»WLR Test Examples. You can modify an example to fit an application, or you can copy and paste from one or more examples into an application that you create.
You can automate the installation of most NI products using command-line arguments to suppress some or all of the installer user interface and dialog boxes.
If the NI product you are installing uses Microsoft .NET 4.6.2, the .NET installer may run before any NI software installs and may require a reboot before the installation of NI software begins. To avoid a .NET reboot, install .NET 4.6.2 separately before you install NI software.
