Using NI Software with Microsoft Windows 10
The WLR Test Software is a software tool that allows you to measure the reliability of semiconductor wafers. The WLR Test Software 21.5 provides the following components for 2-terminal and 4-terminal stress tests and parametric sweeps, which are compliant with JEDEC standards such as Time Dependent Dielectric Breakdown (TDDB), Hot Carrier Injection (HCI), and Bias Temperature Instability (BTI).
The WLR Test Software supports Windows 10 (64-bit).
The WLR Test Software 21.5 requires the following software versions.

The WLR Test Software 21.5 supports the PXIe-4135 Source Measure Unit.

LabVIEW and C# examples for the WLR Test Software are accessible from Start»All Programs»National Instruments»WLR Test Examples. You can modify an example to fit an application, or you can copy and paste from one or more examples into an application that you create.
You can automate the installation of most NI products using command-line arguments to suppress some or all of the installer user interface and dialog boxes.
If the NI product you are installing uses Microsoft .NET 4.6.2, the .NET installer may run before any NI software installs and may require a reboot before the installation of NI software begins. To avoid a .NET reboot, install .NET 4.6.2 separately before you install NI software.

Microsoft Windows 10 is the latest version of the Windows operating system and features significant changes compared to previous versions. Windows 10 introduces several new capabilities and also combines features from both Windows 7 and Windows 8.
