The Strength of Materials Laboratory Software is a software add-on for LabVIEW that makes up a component of the Strength of Materials Test Bench. This add-on provides 16 hands-on labs based on CompactDAQ and PXI systems. Students can measure tensions, deformations, and mechanical parameters of experimental objects, which are made from different materials and have various shapes. With the add-on, you can access and view instructions during a lab. The add-on can display results as real-time plots or scope traces. You can also use the Strength of Materials Laboratory Software to export results in the Microsoft Excel file format. The Strength of Materials Test Bench hardware is available separately.
