Il pacchetto PXIe-LCR5100 include lo chassis PXI PXIe-1083 a 5 slot e il misuratore PXI LCR PXIe-4190. PXIe-4190 è un misuratore di induttanza, capacità e resistenza (LCR) con misurazioni di capacitanza di classe fF e una SMU (unità di misura sorgente) con misurazioni di corrente di classe fA per aiutarti a misurare e testare l'LCR delle apparecchiature elettroniche. È possibile utilizzare PXIe-4190 in sistemi di test automatizzati (CV/IV) per applicazioni a semiconduttori; inoltre è supportato dall'Instrument Driver NI-DCPower, che include API per LabVIEW, C, C#.NET, Python e altri linguaggi di programmazione.
