Calibration Data Not Logged Due to Error -2147217833

The DUT Notes and Customer Notes fields in the Calibration Executive database each have a 255-character limit. You can enter DUT notes and customer notes in the Notes fields of the DUT Selection and Customer Information pages, respectively.

Calibration Executive may append additional DUT notes while executing some procedures, exceeding the 255-character limit and throwing Error -2147217833. This error prevents the test results from being logged to the results database. These test results cannot be restored. Below is an example of Error -2147217833:

Workaround:

Leave the Notes fields of the DUT Selection and Customer Information pages empty and re-run the procedure.

Calibration Executive may append additional DUT notes while executing some procedures, exceeding the 255-character limit even when the Notes fields are empty. In this situation, there is no known workaround in the affected versions of Calibration Executive.
