TestStand Compatibility with LabVIEW and LabWindows™/CVI™
Overview
This page shows supported versions of NI TestStand with LabVIEW and LabWindows/CVI. Reference this information to ensure you install the correct version when upgrading or updating your software version, or when migrating or porting code to a new system. Using incompatible versions may result in errors, the inability to run LabVIEW VIs from TestStand, or unexpected behaviors.

Note: A version of TestStand supports any versions of LabVIEW and LabWindows/CVI that are in Current Release Support and Mainstream Support when the version of TestStand is launched. Additionally, each version of TestStand also typically supports versions of LabVIEW and LabWindows/CVI that are released while the version of TestStand is still in Current Release Support or Mainstream Support. TestStand will support only the maintenance release for versions of LabVIEW or LabWindows/CVI where available. i.e Q3 release is considered maintenance release for respective Q1 release. Please reference each product’s maintenance policy for information on the policy for patching issues.
