Segment IF Bandwidth Enabled property is not honored when Sweep Type property is set to Segment

When Sweep Type property value is set to Segment, changing the value of Segment IF Bandwidth Enabled property to True does not have any impact and the IF Bandwidth specified per segment is not honored.

Instead, all segments use the same value set by IF Bandwidth property.

Further, Segment Dwell Time Enabled property, which specifies whether to use value specified by Segment Dwell Time  or  Dwell Time properties and also incorrectly controls the decision for using per-segment IF Bandwidth.

This issue is not applicable when Sweep Type is List or Linear.

Workaround:

To use per-segment IF Bandwidth, set 'Segment Dwell Time Enabled' property to True and explicitly configure the dwell time to be used for each segment.
