Overview

This document contains the RFIC Test Software known issues that were discovered before and since the release of RFIC Test Software 22.0. Known issues are performance issues or technical bugs that NI has acknowledged exist within this version of the product.

 

Not every issue known to NI appears on this list; it is intended to show the most severe and common issues that you may encounter and provide workarounds when possible. Other technical issues that you may encounter could occur through normal product use or system compatibility issues. LabVIEW Examples Return Runtime Error with NI-RFSG 21.8 and NI-RFSA 21.8 When OS Language Is French or German

LabVIEW examples return the following error with NI-RFSG 21.8 and NI-RFSA 21.8 when the OS language is French or German:
The parameter received by the function is not valid.

Workaround:

Upgrade to NI-RFSG 2022 Q3 and NI-RFSA 2022 Q3 or change OS settings to use period (.) as decimal points.

LabVIEW 2018 Examples Cannot Work with NI-DCPower 2022 Q3

LabVIEW 2018 examples cannot work with an NI SMU because NI-DCPower 2022 Q3 does not support LabVIEW 2018.

Workaround:

Run LabVIEW examples with LabVIEW 2019, 2020, or 2021.
