PXI/PXIe devices disconnecting in NI MAX

A new feature in PXI Platform Services 21.5 introduced a memory leak that after enough runtime, presents itself by the devices disconnecting in NI MAX and/or NI MAX becoming unresponsive.

Workaround:

Restarting the PXI Resource Manager service restores the ability to communicate with the devices. However, sometimes when doing this, the chassis numbers can be reordered and may require another reboot.
