651484 | When performing self-calibration for the PXIe-7867 and PXIe-7868 the results may adjust to be less accurate for analog output channels. Self-calibration uses internal measurements to verify and adjust for calibration-related errors without any external signal connections. Self-calibration minimizes the effects of any offset and gain drifts, particularly those due to temperature and is generally sufficient for taking relative measurements that can ignore a small amount of gain error. A self-calibration can be performed either with the NI 78xxR Calibration Utility or the nirio78xxCalibrationSelfCal.vi.
To execute self-calibration for the PXIe-7867 or PXIe-7868, NI R Series MultifunctionRIO July 2017 or later must be installed. This driver is available from ni.com/downloads. |
