The NI STS (Semiconductor Test System) series features fully production-ready test systems that use NI technology in a form factor suitable for a semiconductor production test environment. In this course, you will learn how to set up, troubleshoot, and maintain the STS.

Install an STS on the factory floor in accordance to NI guidelines.
Calibrate an STS to ensure measurement accuracy.
Troubleshoot a variety of test and system failures.
Perform preventive maintenance to ensure continued safe STS operation.
