TestStand is off-the-shelf test management software for validation and production test that eliminates the need for time-intensive in-house sequencer development and maintenance. Learn more about TestStand.
TestStand is part of the NI LabVIEW+ Suite, which also includes NI LabVIEW, NI DIAdem, and more! The software works together to save engineers time with purpose-built tools for measurement, analysis, and test.
You can purchase a TestStand development license on its own or as part of the LabVIEW+ Suite. Both products are available in subscription and perpetual license terms. For scaling and deploying test sequences to multiple test systems, NI offers perpetual licenses for the Base Deployment Engine and Debug Deployment Environment. A development license is required to build test sequences, and a debug deployment or deployment license is required for each system a test sequence is deployed to. Learn more about how to choose the right NI software license.

1 Licensing this software provides access to an NI software service agreement. Service benefits are included in active subscription licenses and for the first year of perpetual licenses. After the first year, software service is renewable on an annual basis. Debug deployment licenses are sold as perpetual licenses. Learn more about service benefits.
2 Debugging steps and sequences involves making minor changes to these components to fix issues in the application. Making changes to steps and sequences that add or improve functionality is considered development and requires a development license.
