Efficient Power Conversion (EPC) is the first company to market enhancement-mode Gallium Nitride (eGAN) devices. eGaN FETs are used in power conversion topologies and achieve significant performance enhancements compared with silicon power FETs.
EPC and National Instruments collaborated to include these accurate models for the eGAN FETs within the Multisim simulation environment. These advanced and innovative models are included in a comprehensive library and powered by Multisim simulation, analysis, and visualization tools, making it possible to explore and implement novel design configurations.
In this webcast, see highlights of different features of EPC components in the Multisim database as well as application examples where circuit simulation is vital in making accurate design decisions.
