What is NI Connect?

NI Connect is our annual event where engineers and industry leaders from around the world come together to explore the latest in test and data analytics as well as innovative products and approaches that drive businesses forward. This premier, in-person event also provides opportunities for attendees to reconnect with peers and share ideas that help one another Engineer Ambitiously. 

What are the dates and locations of NI Connect?

This year we’re hosting NI Connect in Fort Worth, TX, on April 28-30, 2025.

Will there be a virtual component to NI Connect?

Yes. There is an option to livestream NI Connect Fort Worth. Everyone will be able to livestream the keynotes for free. 

Who should attend NI Connect?

Engineers at all levels can benefit from the conference’s keynotes and sessions. Business decision-makers, solutions architects, developers, engineers, and aspiring engineers all are encouraged to attend.

What can I expect at NI Connect?

Is NIWeek now known as NI Connect?

NIWeek was our long-standing annual conference held in Austin for more than 25 years. NI Connect builds on the best of what NIWeek had to offer while marking a new direction for future NI events as a whole. We’re excited to bring customers more hybrid events like NI Connect that blend in-person networking, access to advanced subject matter experts, and livestreaming capabilities.  

Will customers have to pay to attend?

Yes. There will be a registration fee to attend NI Connect. Please refer to the pricing section above.

Will the different forums from NI Connect be made available after the event? 

The livestreamed keynotes from NI Connect will be made available after the event. Select sessions also will be available after the conference for participants.

What languages will the content be available in?

Content from NI Connect will be available in English.

When will registration for NI Connect open?

Registration for NI Connect Fort Worth opens September 30, 2024.

Are recertification points being given at NI Connect?

Yes. Recertification points will be given for presenting or attending NI Connect in person. 

Will there be speaking opportunities at NI Connect? 

There will not be an external “Call for Presentations” for NI Connect.

Will there be opportunities for sponsorships or co-marketing in 2025? 

Yes. There will be a limited number of sponsorships available at NI Connect. Please email ni.connect@emerson.com for a prospectus.

We’re so glad you’ll be joining us for NI Connect Fort Worth on April 28 – 30, 2025. NI Connect Fort Worth will be at the Fort Worth Convention Center located at 1201 Houston St, Fort Worth, Fort Worth 76102.

For complete details on the terms that apply to registration and other important information, please read through the content below. By maintaining your existing registration, you agree to the below terms.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for paid registrations received in writing through April 11, 2025, are refundable, less a $25 processing fee.  No refunds will be issued for cancellations made or received after April 11, 2025.  If you do not cancel by April 11, 2025, and do not attend the event, you are still responsible for payment.  To cancel your registration, you must notify NI (now part of Emerson) in writing. You can reach us by sending an e-mail to ni.connect@emerson.com.  Invitations to and registrations for NI Connect Fort Worth are non-transferable. 

Conference content is subject to change. We reserve the right to decline registration where we see fit, before or during NI Connect Fort Worth. If NI (now part of Emerson) determines in its sole discretion that your registration must be declined, you will receive prompt notice of such declined registration via e-mail.

NI Connect Fort Worth and the conference content presented at the event is subject to change. In the event that NI Connect Fort Worth cannot be held, is held with a reduced schedule or offerings, or is postponed due to circumstances beyond NI’s control or which are not attributable to NI’s wrongful intent or gross negligence, NI (now part of Emerson) shall have no liability whatsoever for any damages, costs, or losses incurred, including, but not limited to, your transportation costs, accommodation costs, costs for additional orders, or any other financial losses related to your registration for or attendance at NI Connect Fort Worth.

Under these circumstances, we reserve the right in NI’s sole discretion to either retain the entire registration fee and to credit it for a future conference, or to reimburse you after deducting costs already incurred for the organization of the conference.

Payment Terms

Credit Cards ONLY (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover credit cards accepted).

All payments must be made in USD.   

Online registration web pages will incorporate encryption software to provide protection of your credit card information and a secure site for the transmission of your data. 

Badges

NI Connect Fort Worth badges must be worn at all times when you are on the NI Connect Fort Worth premises. Access to NI Connect Fort Worth may be denied, in NI’s sole discretion, if you do not properly wear your NI Connect Fort Worth badge.  There is a badge re-print fee of $50.  

Photo, Video, and Audio Recordings

NI (now part of Emerson) may take photographs or video recordings of the NI Connect Fort Worth event. By attending NI Connect Fort Worth, you permit NI (now part of Emerson), or those specifically appointed by NI, to make on-site recordings, recording you by any means including video, audio tape and photography, without any compensation of any kind to you. You further agree that NI (now part of Emerson) shall own the copyright and all rights related thereto of these recordings. NI (now part of Emerson) may use these recordings for promotional photos or videos displayed on NI Connect websites, or on NI’s internal and external online publications (including social media portals). NI (now part of Emerson) may use third-party processors for recording footage, transforming content into a publishing format and for publishing. If you for any reason do not wish to be included in any on-site recordings, please inform the photographer or NI (now part of Emerson) event staff on site. If you have any concerns that your personal data, including images of you have been misused or mishandled, or you would like to exercise your rights under applicable privacy legislation, please send your written inquiry to privacy@ni.com.

Security and Safety

We want everyone to be safe at NI Connect Fort Worth. By attending NI Connect Fort Worth, you understand we might randomly check bags or other personal belongings, and you agree to not leave any of these unattended at any time. You also agree that you won’t bring anything to NI Connect Fort Worth that is illegal or could cause a safety hazard.

All security concerns should be reported to NI Connect Fort Worth staff immediately. Our security team may take whatever measures they deem appropriate without prior notice in order to ensure the safety of attendees at NI Connect Fort Worth. You must comply with the direction of our security team, as well as all applicable rules and regulations of the venues where NI Connect Fort Worth is held.

Compliance with Laws

You agree that you will comply with all applicable laws, including, but not limited to, applicable trade sanctions and export controls laws. You represent that you are not subject to any U.S. or other applicable trade sanctions or export control laws that would prevent you from participating in NI Connect Fort Worth. It is your sole responsibility to take care of your visa requirements to be able to travel to NI Connect Fort Worth. In case you need an entry visa, you must allow sufficient time for the application procedure. 

Liability

NI assumes no liability for loss, damage, or disappearance of any property, including computer equipment, software, and peripherals used by you or your personnel in connection with your participation in NI Connect Fort Worth. You agree to assume sole risk of loss for your property and to waive any and all claims and hold NI (now part of Emerson) harmless from and against any loss of, damage to, or disappearance of such property. NI (now part of Emerson) shall in no event be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, or damages for loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, incurred by you, whether in an action in contract or tort, regardless if NI (now part of Emerson) has been advised of the possibility of such damages. NI’s liability to you for all reasons and causes arising out of or related to your participation in or commitment to participate in NI Connect Fort Worth is limited to an amount not greater than the registration fees you paid to NI (now part of Emerson). You acknowledge and agree that the NI Connect Fort Worth premises are provided on an “as is” basis, NI (now part of Emerson) does not make any representations or warranties regarding these premises, and NI (now part of Emerson) shall not be liable for any preexisting conditions of the premises or conditions arising during your participation in NI Connect Fort Worth.

These Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your participation in NI Connect Fort Worth will be vested in the state and federal courts in Travis County, Texas. Please be aware that we may update and change any part or all of these Terms and Conditions at any time without notifying you first. If we update or change these Terms and Conditions, the updated Terms and Conditions will be posted here.   The updated terms will become effective and binding on the next business day after they are posted. When we change these terms, the "Last Modified" date above will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent version. We encourage you to review these terms periodically. If you don’t agree to these terms, please reconsider your attendance at NI Connect Fort Worth.
