The NI Error Reporting Program was created to collect crash data when NI software encounters an error that causes it to close unexpectedly. This data gives NI users the ability to contribute to quality of NI products by helping us find and fix areas in our products that cause these crashes.
When the NI Error Reporting program is enabled, it collects anonymous data only when NI software crashes or encounters fatal warnings. NI uses the aggregate of this information to improve our software products and reduce the number of crashes that users encounter. We do not collect personal data or proprietary application information, and we do not sell crash information to third parties.
Participation in the program is optional and anonymous. You can change the status of the NI Error Reporting Program at any point using the NI Error Reporting Settings entry under National Instruments in the Windows Start Menu.

The NI Error Reporting Program only collects information from select NI products. We do not capture information from non-NI software.
You will not receive emails or phone calls based on your participation in the NI Error Reporting Program.
