Ultra2 PXI SCSI Interface Module—The PXI-8214 is an Ultra2 SCSI interface for PXI based on the LSI53C895A SCSI controller. It transfers data at rates up to 80 Mbytes/s on a low-voltage differential SCSI bus. You can use it to connect up to 15 hard drives, CD-ROMs, or other SCSI devices to your PXI system through the high-speed Ultra2 SCSI interface. It works with Fast SCSI and Ultra SCSI devices as well as Ultra2 SCSI devices and with both low-voltage differential and single-ended differential. It is compatible with both 8- and 16-bit devices.
