NI-845x Driver and LabVIEW Compatibility
Overview
This page shows supported versions of the NI-845x hardware driver with LabVIEW development systems. Reference this information to ensure you install the correct version when upgrading or updating your system or software. Using incompatible versions may result in errors, missing LabVIEW palettes or functions, or devices and tasks failing to show up in NI Measurement & Automation Explorer (MAX).
Note: Starting with the 2022 Q3 releases of LabVIEW and NI-SCOPE, you can choose to use NI-SCOPE 2022 Q3 and later with LabVIEW 2019 or any later version. Learn more about extended compatibility with LabVIEW.

Note: NI-845x driver versions 1.1, 1.1.1 and 1.1.2 contain support for LabWindows™/CVI™ 7.1 (or later) and Microsoft Visual C/C++.
NI-845x driver versions 1.1.3, 1.1.4, and 2.0, 2.1 and 2.1.1 contain support for LabWindows/CVI 8.0 (or later) and Microsoft Visual C/C++ 6.0.
