The SEA LTE-V Add-On for LabVIEW CEM Upgrade provides tools for emulation of RF-wave propagation effects with NI software defined radios (SDRs).

The SEA LTE-V Add-On for LabVIEW CEM Upgrade is a software add-on for LabVIEW that works with SEA 802.11p or LTE-V communication add-ons, but it can also be used as a stand-alone software application. You can use the SEA LTE-V Add-On for LabVIEW CEM Upgrade to emulate RF-wave propagation effects for testing and validation of receiver setups and chip sets. The add-on helps you calculate RF-wave propagation effects on eight different propagation paths based on NI SDRs. You can perform emulation of physical propagation effects including attenuation, fading by atmospheric effects, Doppler shift by relative motion of transmitter and receiver, multi-path effects, and more.
