Offline Mode Workflow (TSM)
- Install STS Software 19.0 or later or ensure you meet the requirements on the computer on which you want to use Offline Mode.
- If necessary, copy the test program and supporting files from the STS you want to simulate in Offline Mode to the computer on which you want to use Offline Mode.
- Obtain an Offline Mode system configuration file.
- Copy the Offline Mode system configuration file to a Supporting Materials\Offline Mode Configurations\subdirectory located in the same directory as the test program on the computer on which you want to use Offline Mode.
- On the computer on which you want to use Offline Mode, open the test program you want to execute in Offline Mode.
- In the Offline Mode panel in Test Program Editor, and specify the Offline Mode system configuration file to associate with the test program.

Enable Offline Mode by clicking Enable Offline Mode
on the TSM toolbar.
- Optional:
Configure the measurement values for tests in Semiconductor Multi Test steps.
Refer to Measuring and Publishing Values in Offline Mode (TSM) for more information.
- Execute the test program.
- Debug the test program.

Disable Offline Mode by clicking Disable Offline Mode
on the TSM toolbar.
- If necessary, copy the test program and supporting files from the computer on which you are using Offline Mode to the STS.
