Click the Settings button located to the right of the rule name, if available, in the Rule column on the Rules pane of the Current Sequence Analyzer Project window or on the Rules tab of the stand-alone TestStand Sequence Analyzer application to launch the Rule Settings dialog box.

The list of settings and values in the Rule Settings dialog box varies according to the settings for the rule. For example, for the built-in Count Sequences statistics rule, you can set the rule to count the number of sequences only in the sequence file or for the entire analysis.
