Choosing an Authentication Setting

Choose whether users connect through accounts controlled by the web server, Windows accounts, or an LDAP server.

Note The authentication setting you choose depends on the identity provider (IdP) your organization uses. In NI applications that use NI Web Server, such as SystemLink, create your role mappings using this same authentication method.
Use the following table to choose between settings on the Authentication tab. You can use multiple settings at the same time.
