- NI Hardware Configuration Utility is now installed as a part of NI-Serial.
- Bug fixes for NI Linux Real-Time to address issues and improve overall performance.
- Incorporation of an extra configuration file designed to house default settings for NI-Serial, which will be utilized when integrating new hardware.
- In the Windows Device Manager, the identified serial ports will not display the serial number linked to the corresponding NI-Serial device. Similarly, when using the NI-Serial Troubleshooter, the list of verified serial ports will not exhibit the serial number within the Port Description. Nevertheless, users can utilize NI-MAX for the purpose of associating COM port numbers with their respective NI-Serial devices.
