Use the Release Configuration dialog box to specify the release configuration compiler settings for the current project. Click Release Configuration in the Edit Project dialog box to open the Release Configuration dialog box. The Release Configuration dialog box contains the following options:
- Override CVI Environment Settings for this Project—Enable this option to use project-specific release configuration compiler settings. If you disable this option, LabWindows/CVI uses the release configuration compiler settings specified in the Active 32-bit compiler or Active 64-bit compiler option of the Build Options dialog box.
- Use CVI Compiler—Enable this option to use the LabWindows/CVI compiler for this project, regardless of the settings specified in the Active 32-bit compiler and Active 64-bit compiler options of the Build Options dialog box.
This option is available only if you enable the Override CVI Environment Settings for this Project option. - Use Custom Settings—Enable this option to specify project-specific release configuration compiler settings. When you enable this option, click the … button next to the option to launch the Compiler Setup dialog box in which you can edit the settings for the project-specific compiler configuration.
