Audio and Acoustics Test Software

The Audio and Acoustics Test Software calibrates test systems, controls each component to measure the performance of speakers and microphones, and processes test results. Using the software allows multiple test stations to produce comparable results on different manufacturing lines.

Features and Functionalities

A modern audio and acoustics test system must excel at efficiency, simplicity, reproducibility, and automation in a factory environment. The Audio and Acoustics Test Software, equipped with the following features and functionalities, ensures such a system for automated manufacturing lines:

  • Includes ready-to-use test sequence templates and test IP that meet test coverage specifications. This allows you to customize your own sequences based on templates instead of starting from scratch.
  • Supports both analog and digital audio. This allows you to adapt to new requirements with an open modular architecture.
  • Provides short test cycle time, typically less than two seconds.
  • Provides accurate and repetitive measurements.
  • Supports testing multiple DUTs in parallel.
  • Includes the Audio and Acoustics Debug Tool VI for system connections check.
  • Includes LabVIEW VIs or .exe files for calibration.
  • Includes the Audio and Acoustics Test Configurator for one-stop parameter configuration, test execution, and test monitoring.
  • Supports connecting to SystemLink, a central coordination and management software providing tools in the following aspects:
    • Software deployment
    • Systems configuration
    • Test monitoring
    • Data management
