The STS Operator Course teaches you how to operate the NI STS to test mixed-signal or RF semiconductor devices. This course explores fundamental operations as well as the purpose of using an STS for production. During the course, you will learn the structure and components of the STS along with safety and environmental requirements. The course covers STS operations such as powering up and powering down, installing and uninstalling load boards, and configuring lot settings for specific devices-under-test (DUTs). Additionally, you will learn how to manage STS software bundles and how to perform basic troubleshooting. You also will get hands-on experience running a test program on an actual mixed-signal device. The STS Operator Course is recommended for new users preparing to operate the STS in a production environment.
