This document contains the RFmx SpecAn known issues. Not every issue known to NI appears on this list; it is intended to show the most severe and common issues that can be encountered.

Noise Figure measurement in PXIe-5840 device for IF frequencies less than 120 MHz is invalid.

Workaround: Perform single frequency measurement by using a new initiate for each frequency with each initiate using a unique NF Cal Setup ID.
